FunctionFit is a mobile personal training service operating in the City of Kawartha Lakes. The name FuncitionFit comes from functional fitness. It is my belief that the first purpose of exercise should be to improve your daily life and overall health. Aesthetic improvements are just the cherry on top of the cashew cheeze cake!



My name is Ethan. I am the ow​ner and operator of FunctionFit. I am a Personal Training Specialist, CycleOne and  Yogafit Instructor. I also have a diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion from Fleming College. 

I am an athlete and very competitive at heart. I enjoy competing in any sort of physical endeavor. In high school I wrestled and trained in karate, now I enjoy competing in 5k races and am training to compete in Power lifting. 

At it's core my approach to fitness and health is holistic and natural. Every exercise should improve ones daily life and every meal should be focused on supporting ones health. 

Being born and raised in Lindsay, ON I am dedicated to improving the health and wellness of all City of Kawartha Lakes residents.

Come out every Thursday night at 7pm for Yoga Fundamentals!

This is a beginner yoga class focused on the foundational poses of a vinyasa yoga practice. Be prepared to sweat, build strength and stamina along with increasing your flexibility and balance.
